Cancellation Policy

***** By registering for the workshop, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation and Refund: Cancel up to 72 hours before the workshop for a full refund. Notify us at hello@ntid.co Cancellations within 72 hours of the workshop start time are not eligible for refunds. No Refund: Cancellations less than 72 hours before the workshop or failure to attend without prior notification will not receive refunds. Participant Replacement: If unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement, communicated at least 72 hours before the workshop. Recording Policy: All sessions are private. Recording or sharing of any workshop content is prohibited without explicit consent from Natasha Tsakos and all participants. Violations may lead to removal and legal action. Liability Limitation: The organizer is not liable for technical issues or events beyond their control. Participant Conduct: Respectful, constructive behavior is required. Disruptive conduct may result in removal without a refund. Intellectual Property Rights: Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of workshop materials is prohibited. Force Majeure: In unforeseen events beyond control, such as cancellation or rescheduling, options for a full refund or transfer to a future workshop will be provided. Privacy Policy: Participant data is handled with confidentiality and security as per our privacy policy. Waitlist: A waitlist is available for full workshops. Waitlist registrants are subject to the same policies. Changes by Organizer: If changes or cancellations are made by the organizer, participants will be notified with options for a full refund or future workshop transfer.
